As of right now, no.
Basically the system of album sales is founded on the basis that every individual song gets an equal amount of money when one entire album is bought, and in this case the album price will most likely not change from 9.99. If you were to include 2 songs this would upset the balance of distribution, resulting in everyone else getting less for the album sale.
It's not a perfect system, but it works
