You know your recording. The song also stays true to the ambient feel. Me like. The reversed parts and phaser worked VERY well! The guitar also did a nice job in there too.
Favorited fo sho.

But it's not for this song. You have an idea with that background melody in 3/4, but it would be much better syncipated. (3-3-2)
If you DO want to do some 3/4 stuff, I would recommend a ballad or piano music. Trance 3/4 is just too hard, but if you could make it work, i'd like to see it.

I'm not completely clear on the rules, so take this lightly, but I believe the lyrics are extracted from the actual song, right? If so, I would be wary. Again, just a heads up.
On the other hand, this song really is very, very original and creative. On a gen remix scale, all my 10, bud.

Though the other reviews do give a valid point that synth guitars get dull very fast (I myself use them a lot, and am constantly trying to tweak them to sound more realistic because, like you, I don't have a very good recording device) I believe this would be a good base chord concept. With a little solo dubbed over it, it would suit well.

You know your trance, this is by far my favorite on NG. It's like a jungle-sky-night theme. Excellent work.

The varying beats was what I really enjoyed. Creativity over conformity.

I'm glad you felt that way, I have been told to go burn in the darkest, and strangely at the same time, hottest pits of hell X'(

The chord progression is a little strange. It's not something i'm used to, that's for sure. It also lacks the "musical glue" most trance songs needs. It just seems to jump from idea to idea. Keep working on it, you'll eventually find instruments and ideas that better suit you.
